Installation

Installation of Marketing Popup requires a few clicks. To install the plugin, please use the following steps:

  1. Install InboundWP plugin, And click on InboundWP admin menu.
  2. Go to InboundWP “Modules” category and click.
  3. Now you can see all InboundWP Modules Plugins.
  4. Choose Your favourite module “Marketing Popup” and click on the top right button.
  5. Now your module is activated and you can see a message ‘your changes have been saved successfully’ at the top of the window.
  6. Now You can check your activated module in InboundWP admin menu.

Note : When you enable/disable the module, hit the “Save Changes” button to make it live.

Getting Started

Marketing Popup adds a Menu tab in WP Admin side with the name “Marketing Popup-IBWP” where you can add, update, delete popups.

To add a new popup in plugin just need to follow few steps.

1. Go to Marketing Popup-IBWP menu and click on Add New Popup. There you can see all options.
2. Add popup title and Select popup Behavior and types or etc.
3. Screen shows “Add New Popup” menu in the left side.

  1. Collect Emails: Collect visitor’s email addresses. If you set this then you can see some setting related under Content and Design Tab.
  2. Target URL: You can set Button text and link for that under Content tab. If you set this then you can see some setting related under Content and Design Tab.
  3. Announcement: No buttons or forms, Just add your desired text as a Announcement in content tab.
  4. Get Phone Calls: Allow visitors to call you in one click. If you set this, you can see contact fields under content tab.
  5. Popup Type: Set Popup type related to Popup Behavior.
    1. Bar: It will display top or bottom in website.
    2. Modal Popup: It will display as per your setting.
    3. Push Notification:It will display as per your setting.
  6. When Popup Appear: Choose when popup appear.
    1. Page Load: It will display after page load.
    2. After X sec of Inactivity: You can enter no of second to open popup after X sec on inactivity.
    3. Page Scroll Down: Enter value to open a popup on page scroll down.
    4. Page Scroll Up: Enter value to open a popup on page scroll up.
    5. Exit Intent: Popup will display when you take a mouse out of window screen.
    6. HTML Element Click: When you set this, you can see there is HTML class. You can add class to any HTML element and open popup on click.
  7. Popup Delay: Enter number of second to open popup after that.
  8. Popup Disappear: Enter number of second to hide popup after open.
  9. Hide Close Button: Check this box to display close button on popup.
  10. Close Popup on ESC: Check this box to hide popup on esc key.
  11. Hide Overlay: Check this box to hide popup overlay.
Screen shows “PopUp Content Settings” in the left side.
  1. Main Heading:  You can set popup main heading text.
  2. Sub Heading:  You can set popup sub heading text.
  3. Popup Content:  You can add your desired content.
  4. Secondary Content:  You can add sub secondary content.
  5. Custom Close Text:  You can set custom close text.
  6. Security Note:  You can add popup security note.
1) Collect Email Setting(Content Tab)
  1. Button Text: You can set form submit button text.
  2. Thank You Message: You can set thank you message once form is submitted.
  3. Collect Email Fields: You can add multiple filed by click on “plus icon” and set fields by drag and drop icon.
  4. Field Type: You can choose form field type from dropdown.
  5. Field Label: You can set form field label.
  6. Field Placeholder: You can set form field placeholder text.
  7. Required: Check this box to enable required field or not.
2) Target URL Setting(Content Tab)
  1. Buttons: There is two button options where you can set Button text, Button URL and set Button link target.
3) Phone Call Setting(Content Tab)
  1. Button Text: Enter Button text
  2. Phone Number: Enter Phone number without any sign.
Screen shows “Popup Social Settings”  in the left side
  1. Social Setting: We have given many social option for popup. You can add/remove Social Icons options ans also set link for that.
Screen shows “Popup Design Settings”  in the left side
  1. Design Settings: You can select design from dropdown, set Popup Width, Popup Height, Full Screen Popup and Popup Positions .
  2. Image & Color Settings: You can set Overlay BG image, Overlay BG color, Popup BG image,  Image Size, Image Repeat and Position, also set Popup BG color.
  3. Heading Settings: You can set heading font size and color.
  4. Other Settings: You can set content color, close text color and security note text color..
  5. Custom CSS: You can add custom CSS for popup without any tag.
Collect Email Setting(Design Tab)

Collect Email Setting: You can set Field label color, Field BG color, Field text color, Button BG color, Button text color, Button BG hover color and Button text hover color.

Target URL Setting(Design Tab)

Target URL Setting: You can set Button BG color, Button text color, Button BG hover color, Button text hover color.

Phone Calls Setting(Design Tab)

Phone Calls Setting: You can set Button BG color, Button text color, Button BG hover color, Button text hover color.

Screen shows “Popup Notification Settings”  in the left side
  1. Enable: Check this box to enable email notification.
  2. Subject: You can set email notification subject.There is tag available.
  3. Message: You can set email notification message as per your need.There is email tags available.
Screen shows “Popup Advance Settings”  in the left side
  1. Show For: You can select popup visibility for users. There is different types of visibility.
  2. Do not Store Impression: Enable checkbox to don’t store for Impression Data and Click Data.
  3. Do not Store Form data: Enable checkbox If you not want to store `Collect Email` popup form Submission data in database.
  4. Disable Mobile: You can enable checkbox to disable popup in mobile.
  5. Show Credit: Enable checkbox to show credit of our work.
  6. Cookie Expiry Time: You can set cookie expiry time after some days user can see popup again. You can set time with Days wise, Hours wise and Minutes wise. Refer below values.
    1. Each Page Load: It will display on page load.
    2. Once Per Session: You can enter “0” value to display popup again once per browser session.
    3. After X times: Enter cookie expiry time after how many times user can see popup again.
  7. Popup Schedule Settings:
    1. Start Time: You can set popup start and end time.
    2. End Time: You can set popup start and end time.

Marketing Popup Settings

  1. General Setting
    1. Enable: Check this box to enable and display popup.
    2. Cookie Prefix: You can use it for separate cookies from different sites on the same domain.
    3. Post Type: Check these boxes if you want to show different popups for individual posts and pages or custom post.
  2. Welcome Popup Setting
    1. Welcome Popup: Select welcome popup to display globally. You can search popup by its name or ID.
    2. Display In: Check this box to display welcome popup globally OR choose the popup for single posts and pages.
  3. Exit Popup Setting
    1. Exit Popup: Select exit popup to display globally. You can search popup by its name or ID.
    2. Display In: Check this box to display exit popup globally OR choose the popup for single posts and pages.
  4. HTML Element Popup Setting
    1. HTML Element Popup: Select HTML popup to display globally. You can search popup by its name or ID.
    2. Display In: Check this box to display HTML popup globally OR choose the popup for single posts and pages.

“Popup Mailchimp Account Integration Setting”

1) First goto “InboundWP” menu in admin side. You can see there “Integration” menu under that. Enter your API key to connect your MailChimp account.

2) After that You can enable checkbox to connect with your MailChimp account.

Marketing Popup Form Entries

Marketing Popup adds a Menu tab in WP Admin side with the name “Form Entries” where you can see all email collection of visitors with details.
You can view or delete each entry as per your need.

Marketing Popup Report Setting

Marketing Popup adds a Menu tab in WP Admin side with the name “Reports” where you can Filter report of specific Popup wise with specific time period.

In left side you can see Click and View record as per popup Filter and In right side you can see all times Total Clicks and Total View Popup record.

In bottom you can see Top reference page URL with filter wise and all times, but it will work only for “Collect Email” Popup.

Marketing Popup Tools Setting

Marketing Popup adds a Menu tab in WP Admin side with the name “Tools” where you can Export from entries data for specific popup and generate CSV file.
